Wikify.rb: a Wiki formatting library for Ruby

Wikify.rb is a library for converting text formatted for Wiki to XHTML 1.0 by
supplying the method String#wikify.

As most Wikis vary in their formatting styles, here is what does (and does not)
work with wikify.rb:

* /italics/ (<em>italics</em>)
* -bold- (<strong>bold</strong>)
* Links can be made one of two ways:
  * _Google_ <http://www.google.com/> (<a href="http://www.google.com/">Google</a>)
  * http://www.google.com/ (<a href="http://www.google.com/">http://www.google.com/</a>)
* ---- to create a horizontal rule (<hr/>)
* -- to create an em dash (&mdash; or —)

While HTML entities are allowed, the whole string is run through
CGI#escapeHTML so that any remaining <s, >s, &s, etc., will turn
into &lt;s, &gt;s, &amp;s.

You are permitted to make copies of this software under the
same terms as Ruby's license.
