Huge code base changes. The lineakd daemon is now stripped of internal macros
and actual on screen display functionality. There is not a plugin
infrastructure that can at start or reload time, load external plugins to
handle macros and on screen display. The previous functionality has been moved
into two plugins: lineak_defaultplugin, which contains all of the EAK_* macros
and lineak_xosdplugin which contains all of the XOSD on screen display
functionality. I have also added to it a lineak_kdeplugin plugin that brings
with it a total of 23 macros for handling KDE funtionality via dcop. Some of
these macros themselves take arguments which expands their functionality.

The bug where a key would not work did reappear. I hope that I have it fixed
once and for all by issuing a clear on the key before attempting to map it.
YMMV.

Applied a patch by Aurelien Jarno. He writes:

I have just tried the Lineakd version 0.7, and I found a bug in the
configuration loader: when not specified in the configuration file,
XOSD_timeout, XOSD_hoffset, XOSD_voffset and XOSD_soffset are
initialized to 0 instead of the default value specified in
definitions.h. This is not very important for the last 3 one, but having
XOSD_timeout set to 0 prevent OSD messages to be hide.
