Creates a new scrollbar. Parameters: parent  the parent widget name  name of this scrollbar (internal use only)

Creates a new scrollbar with a given orientation. Parameters: o  the scrollbar's orientation (Qt::Horizontal or Qt::Vertical). parent  the parent widget name  name of this scrollbar (internal use only)
