Things to do in Linux LANChat: (a lot, a lot...)

+ ncurses checking

+ Code tune and optimization, write better documentation (update README file!)

+ -h option (check for proper numbers)

+ Get log-directory from system env.

+ More flexible user interface: separate private message chat windows,
scrollbars used to scroll main window, input window scrolling (like BitchX),
if the end of line was reached words are move to the next line not cut

+ Use ncurses has_color routine to decide whether to use color or some other
video attribute so the terminal that can not manipulate colors will
display LANChat too. This routine facilitates writing terminal-independent
  programs.

+ Color under messages is define as black and for example user that is running
lanchat under X11 GNOME Terminal with transparency option set to on won't
see transparency in this places where are messages or some LANChat texts

+ Multi language support polish, German, French and others; now is only English

+ Multi platform support - that means I want to make LANChat compilable
under any UN*X platform (also non-Intel) like BSD, SUN etc..

+ Nice status-bar under main window, where two blue lines are. Informing about
actual nickname, away status, msg mode etc

+ If there is no ethX interface just say us about it and do not run.

+ Make all those functions that windows LANChat has and Linux one hasn't
  like pop-modes, msg-mode, send /me in msg-mode or [/msg user, /me text],
show time before each received message etc etc

+ Windows LANChat Pro features

+ X11 Terminals support, RMP and DEB packages, autoconf stuff...

+ multiuser on the same machine
