Ok, so I've hacked sound support into xrally. It allows in-game four channel
music and sound effects using PCM samples and different tunes for each map,
as long as all tunes in a level share the same sample set.

Instead of creating yet another proprietary format for the sound files, I
decided to implement it using standard Amiga MOD files. The advantages are
obvious:

- It's already there!
- Lots of trackers to make your modules are available
- Good sound quality
- Sound effects can be stored inside the module
- Different pattern sequences allow different tunes for each map
- I can recycle code from xmp ;)

Sound is supposed to work with Linux and OSS in ia32 and PowerPC
(tested with kernel 2.4.0-test11 on an iMac DV).

The sound effects are stored as ordinary samples. Sample slots 25-31 are
reserved for sound effects as follows:

25 - Low fuel alarm
26 - Bonus flag
27 - Fuel check (as bonus or at end of level)
28 - Start lamp
29 - Smoke puff
30 - Flag collect
31 - Car crash
