Version 0.5.0:
=============
Completely rewritten: for the first time readable code - even for someone
besides me. ;-)

User's Notes:
 - Can work up now also 16-bit input images.
 - New button "M" for marking of cropped (zero-weighted, unresolved) HDR-values
in the HDR image by contrast colors.
 - "Response Curves" window heavy reworked. Response curves can be saved now,
and external response curves are loadable now from file. Mixing usage of
    computed and external curves possibly.
 - New option for automatic loading of external response curves at plug-in start.
 - Different weight functions can be applied (start-up).
 - New pop-up menu "Settings" in the menubar. Settings or preferences can be
saved. Window positions are reminded between calls.
 - Histogram window
 - TestSuite for generation of simulated series of bracketed exposures for
    testing (start-up).

Programmer's Notes:
 - Much more modularized
 - Core stuff in namespace "br"
 - Separation into a data type independent class `BrImage' for storing of input
images and a data type dependent variants of `Pack's for performing the
    computation.
 - Strict separation of computing kernel and GUI
 - Minimal interface to the (outgoing) Gkt-based CinePaint ("Film Gimp"), so
it should be easy to transfer to Glasgow
 - GUI assembled completely with Fltk's visual editor FLUID, very easy changable
    now.
