This is PHPix2, a program to automatically generate spiffy thumbnail
contact sheets, let you resize images, and all kinds of other neat
stuff.

The official PHPix2 web site is http://phpix2.sourceforge.net/. Go there
if you're interested in getting the latest version or reading up on
various PHPix2 forums.

The INSTALL file has instructions basic installation instructions to get
you going in a hurry.

If you want to see what's changed since 1.0.2, read the ChangeLog.

If you're having problems with thumbnails not being created, try
using the "int" image tool (see the config.inc file). I've had reports
of certain installations of PHP not being able to run external scripts,
and the result would be no thumbnails.

I've spent a good deal of time watching how people navigate various
incarnations of PHPix2, and have tried to design its output in such
a way that it is incredibly obvious how best to use it. I've almost
run out of test subjects though, so if you encounter anyone using
PHPix2 for the first time, would you be kind enough to gather their
impressions of it and email me?

Specifically, I want to know how people get around. Do they hit back in
the browser a lot? Do they use the "Next" and "Prev" links? Do they
understand what the navigation bar (the blue bar with all the
information) is for?

My opinion is that if users are having trouble with it, it's not
designed properly. So I want to know what users are having trouble
with. :-)

Thanks
