Edit global.mk file to set up paths and options then type:
make install	# to compile and install (free-sa.cgi will be also installed now)
make		# to compile only
make release	# to compile and strip binaries

Notes:
1. 'make install' implies release, i.e. strip binaries;
2. Most important options to check and set are SORT, INSTALL and WWWDIR.

After installation (make install) you may also wish to:
1. Move free-sa.conf.sample, located at ETCDIR (according to global.mk settings),
   to free-sa.conf (if it's your first installation of free-sa).
2. Edit free-sa.conf file, check 'man free-sa.conf' for this configuration file
   format description.
3. Run free-sa, check 'man free-sa' or 'free-sa -h' to get command line options
   list and thier description.
