Description.
------------

Now PhotoClip is yet another image viewer for GNUstep.
It has very basic functionality and simplistic interface.

The plan is (as the name suggests) to write a simple image viewer
and editor, mainly for recomposing and scaling pictures from
digital camera photographs.

Current release (0.2.2) implements selection.
It's possible to make a new one, move it as a whole (drag
the middle of the selected rectangle) or change it (drag
the edge).

Saving is not yet implemented, however.
Also mouse cursor manipulation is buggy.

See http://www.vaisburd.net/PhotoClip for more details.

PhotoClip is released under GNU GPL, see file COPYING.

Installation.
-------------

You need to have GNUstep installed. The following or later versions
are required:
gnustep-make/base: 1.8.0
gnuspep-gui/back: 0.9.0

Rotation works only with libart backend. Selection works better with
libart, too.

For installation guide see
http://www.gnustep.net/Documentation/BuildGuide/develop.html

After having GNUstep core installed, type:
    make
    <become root>
    make install

I took as my model example ImageViewer program written by Philippe C.D. Robert

Many people helped me on discuss-gnustep mailing list. Among them
Alexander Malmberg gave crucial explanations on image rendering.
