When a Makefile.am is present it means that GNU Automake now handles
the generation of the Makefile.in

In case you change the Makefile.am spec you need to run autmake again.

In the sources root directory run

	./auto-gen.sh

to do this.

Then you can run configure again in order to generate the Makefile

You may find it useful doing this command

	./auto-gen.sh && ./config.status

which will run autoconf and re-generate the Makefile from the previous
./configure parameters in one go.
