- Added a dynamic mouse cursor to the persistant mouse movement that shows 
  direction and speed of rotation

Multi-OS support:

- Added Windows installer
- Upgraded to a better MinGW cross-compiler version

Bug fixes:

- Fixed cross-compilation problem under CygWin and Linux using MinGW
- Planet and moon have been restored to their correct appearance
- View stays still when switching to mouse progressive mode with the

- Added alternate paths to look for textures and models which may work better

Multi-OS support:

- Windows is now supported
- Fixed some bugs on Windows in the TGA load library
- Fixed bitwise shift problem in FPS calculation on Windows

Movement:

- Auto-leveling feature levels the camera at the pressing of a key
- Revised rotations to include the local Z axis (when flying) and use 
  quaternions
- Mouse rotations have been fixed with the new rotation system
- Progressive mouse mode has been improved by not using glutWarpPointer

Miscellanea:

- Added Makefile targets for CygWin builds (thanks to Giuseppe Profiti)
- Updated Makefile for Windows binary releases and changed some files for 
  Windows support
- Added more error checking to the TGA load library, fixed fseek() calls and 
  various potential bugs
- Changed debug and error prints to use fprintf and errno for consistency
- Disabled some key controls meant for debug (like the fog toggle) and added 
  a debug mode toggled by the -d command-line parameter

Licensing:

- Switched to GPL version 3 or above
