I was fedup patching the kernel everytime i needed this bluetooth enabled
on my Tecra M2, so since we can use modules, i modularised the necessary bits
to make the bluetooth enabling independent of kernel. Here it is in all
it's glory.

I forced the power and attach now, so just now load the module and assuming
your manual wireless switch on the laptop is set to on it should just work.

Adjust the kernel source directory at the top of the Makefile.

To build:

% make

To install:

% make install

My startup script looks like

modprobe toshbt
modprobe hci_usb
/usr/sbin/hciconfig hci0 up
/usr/sbin/hcid
