Building POHMELFS server without debug.

Building POHMELFS server with debug.
# make KDIR=/path/to/fs/pohmelfs DEBUG=1

Setup simple server which exports directory '/mnt' with single worker thread per client.
# ./fserver -r /mnt -w1

The same using content of the file './hash_key' as hash key if client requests that.
# ./fserver -w1 -r /mnt -K ./hash_key

Client setup.
$cfg is a path to the 'cfg' binary from the fserver distribution.
This application initializes POHMELFS config groups.
Each config group contains number of servers to connect to and initialization rules
like cryptography support.

Simple setup of the index group $idx, which connects to server 1.1.1.1:1025,
which is mounted to $mnt
Mount opions should include at least idx=$idx opt, otherwise index 0 is used.
# $cfg -A add -a 1.1.1.1 -p 1025 -i $idx
# mount -t pohmel -o $opt none $mnt

More complex example with strong 'hmac(sha1)' checksum and 'hash_key' as its key.
# cfg -A add -a 1.1.1.1 -p 1025 -i $idx -K $src/hash_key -H "hmac(sha1)"
# mount -t pohmel -o $opt none $mnt

Options may look like this for example.
opt="idx=$idx,crypto_thread_num=30,lock_timeout=100000,wait_on_page_timeout=100000"
