Installing db_row
-----------------

Prerequisites: Python 2.2 or newer, though 2.2.3+ or 2.3.2+ are highly
               recommended.

* If you only want the pure Python version (no C extension module):

Just copy the db_row.py file to your Python site-packages directory (or
where-ever else you want to put it)

* If you are on a Win32 system, extension DLLs for Python 2.2 and Python 2.3
are available in the win32-2.2 and win32-2.3 directories. Just copy the
appropriate db_rowc.pyd file to the DLLs directory under your Python
  installation.

* Otherwise, you need to have a C compiler supported by distutils. Then
  on most UNIX system run:

    python setup.py install

To compile for Win32, I use Cygwin+Mingw32 to produce a native Windows
(Win32) DLL. First, follow the instructions for building a suitable
  libpython here:

    http://www.python.org/doc/current/inst/tweak-flags.html

Then the following to produce the db_rowc.pyd extension module:

    python setup.py built_ext -i --compiler=mingw32
