To install this driver, copy ps.all, northam.ps, and deptltr1.ps into
c:\wp51. Then, run WP and select an additional printer. Change the port,
select "Other" and type in the port name. Go into setup, choose "Initial
Settings", choose "Printer", and change "Multiple Copies Generated By" to
"Printer"; also change "Text Quality" to "Medium".

PS.ALL contains four different printer drivers:

David's PostScript Driver

    Use this only under special circumstances, mainly when printing to disk
    or when the spooler will select the tray according to media description.

David's PostScript Driver (w/bins)

    This is the master copy for next next two. It allows bin selection. The
    bin names are as follows:

	Bin 1	Upper
	Bin 2	Lower
	Bin 3	Envelope
	Bin 4	Multipurpose
	Bin 17	Fake Trinity College letterhead on white paper from bin 1
	Bin 18	Fake Trinity College letterhead on white paper from bin 2

    This driver has forms defined. In order to use this driver, you should
    change its name in the WordPerfect Select Printer screen, delete any forms
    which you will not use (such as two sided forms on a printer which can't
    do duplex) and set the bin numbers for those forms that remain.

HP LaserJet 4M

    This is a special version of "David's PostScript Driver w/bins" which has
    already had its name changed, excess forms deleted, and the bin numbers
    adjusted. The bin settings cause white paper to be drawn from the "Upper"
    tray (the "Lower" tray is missing) and everything else to be drawn from the
    multipurpose tray.

HP LaserJet 4M w/500 sheet bin

    This is just like the one above, except white paper is drawn from the
    "Lower" tray, letterhead from the "Upper" tray, and everything else from
    the Multipurpose Tray.

= Limitations
==========================================================================

This driver can not print shadded boxes. Shaded areas will come out white.

The font families "Adobe Garamond", and "Helvetica Condensed" are available on
the QMS-PS 410 but on few other printers. If text quality is set to "Medium",
PPR will attempt to substitute other fonts if these are missing. Setting the
text quality to "Medium" has no effect on the print quality of other fonts.

==========================================================================
= Fake letterhead
==========================================================================

If one of the fake bins is selected (those numbered 16 and above), then
this driver will produce a reasonable facimily of Trinity College letterhead
on white paper drawn from one of the real bins.

For this to work, the file "NORTHAM.PS" must be in the directory for download
font files as specified in the "Select Printer" "Edit" screen. This directory
is normally "C:\WP51".
