Either use the makefile in ths server source code directory,
or for cleaner build, change directory to vocal and make the target "js".

Usage:
======

$js pserver_host:pserver_port pserver_backup_host:pserver_backup_port JSCalling_port JSCalled_port

where
"js" : executable of JTAPI server
"pserver_host"	: host name of the box where pserver is running
"pserver_port"	: port bumber where pserver is listening on
"pserver_backup_host": host name of the box where backup pserver is running
"pserver_backup_port": port bumber where backup pserver is listening on
"JSCalling_port"	: port number where Jtapi Server listen for
SIP messages from the "calling" contact list
"JSCalling_port"	: port number where Jtapi Server listen for
SIP messages from the "called" contact list

    example:
	$js ada:6005 heisenburg:6006 15060 25060

	where:
"ada" is the host where provisioning server is running
"6005" is the port provisioinig server listening on
"heisenburg" is the host where backup provisioning server is running
"6006" is the port backup provisioning server listening on
"15060" is the port Jtapi server listening for SIP messages
"25060" is the port Jtapi server listening for SIP messages

NOTE: JSCalling_port and JSCalled_port are not arbitrary ports,
they have to be the same as the ones configured using
		the provisioning client.

In the environment where no backup provisioning server is running,
just put in the same values as the working provisioning server, e.g.

	$js ada:6005 ada:6005 15060 25060
