To build libOSP, you'll need
1) RSA BSAFE 4.0 - need to be purchased from RSA
2) OpenSSL 0.9.4, can be downloaded from http://openssl.org
3) OSP SDK 2.5.2, can be downloaded for free from http://www.transnexus.com
   or see ..../vocal/contrib/OSPToolkit-2.5.2

The libOSP supplies the "glue" code to translate COPS requests into
OSP messages and vice versa.

Note: For unit testing Token Validation, see example in ..../vocal/
policy/test/testOSPMsg.cxx, please change the block of code in
OSPIntf::sendReq() from "#if 0" to "if 1". This block of code
automatically saves the authorization token into a file for
validation. Do not enable this code for production use.
