Low Level MGCP implementation

Introduction

This is the part of the library that actually sends the messages back
and forth, and encodes and decodes the messages.

ARCHITECTURE

MGCP commands are implemented as classes (one class per command). The
parameters are all classes, as well. The general strategy for sending
and receiving looks like this:

1. Create an object for the MGCP command.

2. Create objects for each parameter in the command, and then
insert() these parameters into the command object.

3. send() the command object via a MgcpTransmitter to the other side
(agent/gateway).

4. The other side will notice the incoming data from a UdpReceiver
object, and pass the data to parseMessage(). parseMessage() returns
an MgcpCommand object which contains all of the parameters in the
message, re-encoded into objects.

5. The receiver examines the objects that have been built to decode
the message. When it is done, it builds a reply using the same
mechanism.
