These are rules regarding documenting source code in C files (not generated from templates!).
This is important because documantation (reference) is created automaticaly using script.

Comments that go to documentation must start from //#

We describe function in several sections. Sections are differentiated using capital letters:

//#F -- function name, everything starting from this tag to another //#F
        is treated as documentation for this function (one line)
//#D -- description (many lines)
//#P -- params (one line per parameter)
//#R -- returns (one line)
//#E -- errors (one line per error)

//
Every function in C code shoul be documented this way:

/*************************************************************
//#F int fun(int, char)
//#D this function in intented to do ....
//#D more ....
//#D more ....

//#E -2 -- not found
//#E -10 -- no connection...

//#R returns something
int
fun(

//#P int par1 (in) -- this is number of ....
int par1,

//#P char * par2 (out) -- this is string in witch we put result of .....
char * par2,
)
{
 _function_body;
}
