     Translations of xfree3 functions, to xfree4 functions

General note: A lot of things that were strange globals in xfree3, are now
  part of the screen-specific info in xfree4. For example, the
  "vgaBitsPerPixel" is now ScreenPtr->bitsPerPixel

  xfree3:
    These are args to xf86MapXXX(), like
    xf86MapVidMem(index,LINEAR_REGION, ptr, size)
    xf86MapDisplay(index,LINEAR_REGION)
      LINEAR_REGION (framebuf mem?), goes to linearBase
      EXTENDED_REGION (dma mem?) goes to pseudoDmaVirtual
      MMIO_REGION (?????)  goes to xxx.MMIObase

    solaris xf86MapVidMem ignores second argument
    linux xf86MapVidMem keeps some wierd fixed alloced array
      It only lets you make one mapping, for each of the REGION
      types, I think.
    solaris xf86MapDisplay is a NOP, along with most others
       Only 'sysv' has a real one. Just seems like a fixedaddress version
       of xf86MapVidMem(). and allegedly is only used for VT issues.

  xfree4
     "xf86MapPciMap is like xf86MapVidMep, except it expects a
      PCI address and tag(identifies PCI domain)"

      solaris xf86MapVidMap ignores 'Flags'

      LINEAR_REGION goes to VIDMEM_FRAMEBUFFER
      MMIO_REGION goes to VIDMEM_MMIO, (OR VIDMEM_MMIO32BIT ??!!)
      EXTENDED_REGION goes to VIDMEM_???

xfree3           		xfree4
-----------------		--------------------------------

vga256InfoRec /* Used to get info about screen depth.*/
				/* Just use ScrnInfoRec-> stuff now */
int vgaBitsPerPixel		ScreenPtr->bitsPerPixel
int vgaBytesPerPixel [JUST USE BITSPERPIXEL>>8 !!]

vgaLinearSize			ScreenPtr->videoRam?(<<8, since in k)
				(Not used in glx any more?!!

vgaLinearBase			ScreenPtr->memPhysBase (right?)
				Or memPhysBase PLUS fbOffset, I think.

xf86VTSema			ScreenPtr->vtSema

PciProbeType xf86PCIFlags	[it isnt even USED in glx any more!!]

pcibusRead(tag, reg)		pciReadWord/Byte/Long(tag,offset)
pcibusWrite(tag,reg,data)	pciWriteWord/Byte/Long(tag,offset,val)
 But most of this stuff we dont
 care about any more: let the core
 driver do pci tweaks: we'll just
 use the mmaped registers.
