To install:

 1. Change the first line of the "choad" file to point to wherever perl
    is installed on your system.  The default is /usr/bin/perl.

 2. Copy "choad" into a directory in your PATH (such as /usr/bin or
    /usr/local/bin).

 3. Type "choad -longhelp" for instructions on usage.
