Skins are still not supported at runtime or load time, because they
are hard coded in the executable. Anyway, you can select a skin (or
make a new one) at compile time. What you need is just to replace
wmdimp.xpm (main gui pixmap), charset.xpm (bitmap font) and gui.c
(which contains all the coordinates of the various widgets).

To apply the red skin, just copy the files from redskin subdir in the
main tree, then do a "make" to recompile and relink and "make install"
(as root usually) to copy the executable in the standard location
(usually /usr/local/bin).

To apply the wmmp3-like skin, copy all files from the wmmp3-like-skin
as above, then "make" and "make install".

Dynamic loading of skins will come someday...
