Use

You can define the column combination for the result list of the free search and specify how many problem messages are displayed.

Procedure

  1. Choose whether the system should display a maximum number of rows (Max Rows) or all rows of the result list (All Rows). If you want to restrict the number of rows, specify the desired number. The number of rows corresponds to the number of problem messages.
  2. Choose which columns are displayed in the result list under Result Column Set. You can choose between three predefined combinations of columns:

Minimal

Number, Component, Description, Reported, and Created

Standard

as Minimal plus the columns Settlement and Delivered

All

as Standard plus the columns Processed, Completed, and System Relevance

 

  1. To display the result list of the free search, choose Search.

Note

If you specify an asterisk (*) in the Message Type field of the header data, the system searches for errors and change requests. In addition to the selected combination of columns, the system also displays for each row whether it is an error or a change request.
