User Action:

Check the file system attributes and the operating system rights of the user profile container. This file has the name <dbname>.upc. On NT, you can find this file in the config directory of the database installation. On UNIX systems, this file is in /usr/spool/sql/config. Check that there is enough memory available on the relevant hard disk.
