Use
In the detailed view, you can see the
header data of the problem message and the following tab pages with additional information:|

If a particular piece of additional information exists for a problem message, the corresponding tab page is displayed with a bold label and a green bullet point. Otherwise, the label is inactive.
The system displays the URL of this problem message.
Procedure
You can save the detailed view as a URL:
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer, choose Add to Favorites to do this.
If you are using a different browser, copy the address displayed below the headline of the result list to the address field of your browser and save it as a bookmark.
Choose Close Window to close the window containing the detailed view and return to the result list.
