This software provides a graphic interface to configure Linux kernel modules.

Software requirements
=====================
To run gmodconfig, you will need the Gnome2 and libxml2 libraries.

Installing gmodconfig
=====================
This software uses autoconf so building from source should be straightforward.
Just type:

./configure
make
make install

The last command should be run as root, since gmodconfig will be installed
under /usr/local by default. To change the installation directory, use the
--prefix option of configure.

The installation process will install the supporting XML files that contain
the module descriptions under <prefix>/share/gmodconfig/xml.

Development, bug reports, mailing lists, etc...
===============================================
This project is hosted at Sourceforge, at http://gmodconfig.sourceforge.net/
It is written in C++. I develop and test it on a RedHat 8.0 box.
