	PREAMBLE

1. This license was designed to use for the public projects, which are
open sourced and free to use for non-commercial purposes. Its goal is also
to protect the rights and reputation of authors.
2.	The term "non-commercial use" covers mainly private use at home and use
    in educational organisation.
3.	The term "project" refers to any marked piece of work, to which this
license is attached. A project usually consists of a source code of a
    program and its documentation.
4.	The term "you" refers to the person who received the project.
5.	Under the term "author" the person, group of persons, the firm, or
even organisation which is holding the rights of the product is understood.
6.	Costs of pure distribution are the costs of physical material to record
on, costs of recording, plus costs of delivery. They does not include the
payment for work of the distributor.

I.	USING THE PROJECT

1.	You can use the software for non-commercial purposes for free, you do
not have to pay any fees for using it. If you want to use it for other
purposes, you have to contact the author first.
2.	Using the project for commercial purposes is allowed only after the
agreement with the autor of the project was made.
3.	If the project is a program, you may freely distribute its output.
4.	You should receive the source code together with this project, or you
should be informed how to get the source code without any payments over the
pure costs of distribution. Of course this point is valid only when the
    source code exists at all.
5.	You may change the project to suit your needs if you are the only user
of the changed version and you do not remove the copyright notice.

II.	COPYING AND DISTRIBUTING THE PROJECT
INCLUDING THE PROJECT IN OTHER PROJECTS

1.	You may freely distribute the project if you:
    A)	Do it for non-commercial purposes. Otherwise contact the author first.
If you want to include the project on some CD attached to magazine you will
probably get a permission, but you have to inform the author first.
    B)	Leave it unchanged, but you may include along some patches.
    C)	Distribute it together with the source code, or provide the possibility
for anyone to get the source code at the costs of pure distribution.
Of course this point is valid only when the source code exists at all.
2.	You may freely include the project in larger project if you:
    A)	Do it for non-commercial purposes. Otherwise contact the author.
    B)	Leave it unchanged, but you may include along some patches.
    C)	Release your project under terms of this license or similar (ask the
    author what is similar).

III.	DISTRIBUTING CHANGED VERSIONS OF PROJECT
USING PARTS OF PROJECT IN OTHER PROJECTS

1.	You may change the project and redistribute it, or use its parts in
    other projects if:
    A)	It is clear for every part of the new project who has created the given
part, and who made what fixes (preferably also when). There must be a
notice about the author of the included project in adequate files.
    B)	Your project:
	- is free to use for non-commercial purposes
        - is open sourced
	- its license does not allow it to be used for commercial purposes in
	  any way
        - its license forces all future projects based on it to fit all
          those points here
Otherwise you have to receive a permission from the author.
    C) You distribute the new project together with the source code, or
provide the possibility for anyone to get the source code at the costs of
pure distribution. Of course this point is valid only when the source code
    exists at all.

IV.	NO WARRANTY

1.	The author assumes no warranty for the project. It is provided on as-is
    basis
2.	The author is not liable in any way for any kind of damage caused by
    the project.
3.	You use the project at your own risk.

V.	LICENSE ACCEPTANCE

1.	You may not accept this license, in which case you have to remove all
the files of the project immediately.
2.	By using, modifying, or distributing the project you accept the terms
    of this license.

V.	OTHER

1.	The situations that are not covered by this license or that are unclear

You may attach this license to your own programs if you want.
