To make this epplet work for you, first go to http://www.weather.com/ and enter your city name in the search box (then click on GO). Click on it so that you are able to see the file name in the URL box of your browser, now, write down the file name of your city's page (i.e. MXXX0046 or FRXX0076).
<p>
Now go to the epplet, there will be a configuration icon (the little hammer), click on it, a dialog comes up where you can select your options.
Refresh minutes is the rate to which the epplet fetches an update from the weather site. City HTML file is the name of the file you wrote down.
