New Features
============
- By default make builds C library only. Makefile-F03 can be used to build
   both C and Fortran libraries. Please notice that h5fc should use a Fortran
   compiler that has ISO_C_BINDINGS module.
                                                 EIP - 2011-12-20
-  h5hl_region.h file now includes hdf5.h
                                                 EIP - 2011-12-20

Platforms Tested
================
This library was tested with HDF5 1.8.8

Linux (koala) 2.6.18 (x86_64)     gcc (GCC) 4.2.1
                                  Intel C and Fortran Version 12.04
                                  PGI C and Fortran Version 11.8

Linux (jam) 2.6.18 gcc (GCC) 4.2.1
                                  Intel C and Fortran Version 12.04
                                  PGI C and Fortran Version 11.8

Known Problems
==============
* FORTRAN BUG: If an 8 byte INTEGER flag was used in the compilation of the
  hdf5 library which is used to compile Fortran High-Level Region library, then
  the Fortran routine H5LRmake_dataset_f will return an array of region references
  that will be incorrect due to an interoperability mismatch of hdset_reg_ref_t_f
  between C and Fortran. Currently the Fortran High-Level Region functions are not
  tested if 8 byte INTEGERs are used for the hdf5 library.
