Linux D211 Software debugging

Get the following information after inserting D211 card to the laptop:

1. Run script debug_d211.sh (from d211/scripts/debug_d211.sh). It prints some
debug information to file /var/log/d211debug.
You may also get the same information by giving the commands from the
commandline. The script gets the information by using the following commands:
- lsmod | grep nokia_cs - to check that the kernel module is properly loaded
- ls -lsa /dev/nokia_cs - to check that the character device needed by the software exists
- ls -lsa /dev/ttyNC0 - to check that the character device needed by the software exists
- ps aux | grep nokia_cs - to check that the userspace daemon has started
- cat /proc/net/nokia_cs - prints the procfile used by the software
- ipcs -q - to check that the IPC message queues exists and are working
- cat /proc/ioports | grep nokia_cs - check used ioports
- cat /proc/iomem | grep nokia_cs - check used iomem
- cat /proc/interrupts | grep nokia_cs - check used irq
- cat /proc/bus/pccard/drivers - check pcmcia status
- cat /proc/devices | grep nokia_cs - check character device
- cat /proc/devices | grep ttyNC - check serial device

2. Check D211 debug messages from the log, eg. with command 'dmesg | grep D211'. It prints all D211 debug messages.
