kdeutils has moved to KDE's Git hosting facilities.

== Cloning the repositories ==

See http://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdeutils/ for the clone URLs.

Instead of remembering the above URL prefixes, you can also put the following
in your ~/.gitconfig:

[url "git://anongit.kde.org/"]
	insteadOf = kde
[url "git@git.kde.org:"]
	pushInsteadOf = kde:

Then, to clone e.g. the kcalc repo, just do

$ git clone kde:kcalc

== Building each application individually ==

After cloning a repository, it is possible to build each application by simply
running the usual "cmake" and "make" commands, as there are no inter-repository
dependencies.

== Building all applications as a whole module ==

If one still wants to build kdeutils as a single module, as it previously was
in SVN, it is still possible to do that by using the top-level CMakeLists.txt
which existed in the SVN repository, as there are no dependencies between the
git repositories.

The previous contents of the top-level kdeutils module, including this
CMakeLists.txt, can be found in the kdeutils-toplevel repository:

$ git clone kde:scratch/rkcosta/kdeutils-toplevel
