here's the first stab of the text indexer

to generate the index run text-indexer.exe command line style.

usage: indexer <db_dir> [-o] [-i files_to_index ...] [-q keywords ...] [-f
files_to_query_and_index] [-t "text block to query"]

<db_dir> is the directory which will (or does) contain the database files. the
text-index backend will look for this dir at
$HOME/.dashboard/backend-data/text-index.

use -i to increment the index with a new set of files.

-o outputs the index

the other options are (hopefully) self explanatory.

it will currently only index plain text files.

you need to have sqlite installed as well as the mono sqlite client dlls. see
http://www.go-mono.com/sqlite.html.
