Logging in as Group Managers

When a Group Manager logs in to the Management Console, all users in his groups display and he can perform limited administration tasks with only those group(s) for which he is a manager.

To open and manage your group (as a manager):

1. Log in to the Management Console using your Scalix authentication ID and password.
2. The Groups button is selected by default and a list of the groups of which you are manager (and member) displays.
3. Select a listed group.
4. When the group's options appear in the display pane, you can:
   • Sort the members by direct or effective status.
   • Look for new member candidates and add them to the group.
   • Delete current members from the group.
5. Click the now-active Save Changes button at the bottom of the display pane.
