Monitoring Active Users

Using the Management Console, you can monitor active users and their processes. With this feature, you can see users' names, the type of connection they're using, the IDs assigned to their processes and their login time.

To monitor active users:

1. In the toolbar, click the Server Info button.
2. In the contents pane, select the server whose users you want to monitor.
3. When the server's options appear in the display pane, click the Active Users tab.
4. This tab lists all users currently logged in to the system and the following session details:
   • Each user’s name
   • The kind of connection they’ve made (IMAP, SWA client, etc.)
   • The ID assigned to each user-generated process
   • Login time.
6. You can refresh the list manually or start an automatic refresh/update process.
   • To enable auto refresh, click the checkbox titled Enable Automatic Refresh.
   • To refresh manually, click the Refresh button.
