Setting Mailbox Capacity Limits

Using the Management Console , you can define a default mailbox capacity limit at the user, server and global levels. In addition, you can control the type and frequency of warnings that users get when they exceed that capacity.

Note Scalix recommends setting all preferences at a global level in a multiple-server environment, at which time you can override this limit at the individual user account level. For example, if all your users have a 100 MB capacity limit, you can easily grant the CEO a gigabyte of capacity.
