Using the Management Console, you can change individual users' account information if needed. The first step in making modifications is to locate and open the appropriate account. The Management Console provides several ways to do this.

To scan the user list for an individual account by name:

  1. In the toolbar, click the Users button.
  2. In the contents pane, select the account you want to modify.
  3. Note If you cannot find the specific account, use the filtering options described in Filtering Records.
  4. To make changes, click the user name. The account options appear in the display pane to the right.
  5. You can now make changes as detailed in the rest of this help topic.

Optional: Scanning the user list by mail node

If preferred, you can scan mail nodes for node-specific users.

  1. In the toolbar, click the Server Info button.
  2. In the contents pane, click the “post office letter bin” by the node whose users you want to review.
