The user interface, sip logic and sound system usually communicates
by passing messages to each other. The messages are of
CommandString type.

Units such as the SIP logic and the user interface are unaware of the
how they are connected to the rest of the application. They accept
messages via the handleCommand(CommandString&) method and sends messages
to a handler set with the setCallback(...) method.

In the minisip application the callback for all units are a MessageRouter
object that knows of both the SIP logic, the user interface and the audio
processing unit.

class Sip interface:

  To callback, sipcb_handleCommand(...):
    _Destination_	|	_operation_ 	|	_arguments_	|	_Precondition_

  To Sip unit, handleCommand(...):
    _Destination_	|	_operation_ 	|	_arguments_	|	_Precondition_

User interface:
  To callback, guicb_handleCommand(...):
    _Destination_	|	_operation_ 	|	_arguments_	|	_Precondition_

  To UI, handleCommand(...):
    _Destination_	|	_operation_ 	|	_arguments_	|	_Precondition_
