Basic modifications to allow sftp traffic to sneak through firewalls.
The `passive' side is very compatible so that old clients and servers
using the new library will not notice any differences.
	- RPC2_SocketListener hands incoming sftp packets from the rpc2 socket
	off to sftp_Examine packet.
	- When either side has not defined an sftp port, outgoing packets are
sent from the rpc2 socket to the peer's rpc2-socket.
	- When no sftp port is defined, the sftp_SocketListener thread is not
	started.

Basically improved the integration of the ipv6 code. Things are kept as
compatible as before, however RPC2_GetPeerInfo currently only returns
the new addrinfo data which Coda clients can't really handle. A modified
Coda client using this code and bound to an ipv6 socket in fact has no
trouble talking to existing Coda servers. No real ipv6 network, so it is
all 6->4 encapsulated or something. This is just a checkpoint, some

2003/03/19 18:48:44	<jaharkes@cs.cmu.edu>

	Did some productive bug-hunting,

	- Unpacking for BoundedBS data was too strict and would drop incoming
packets, this was causing failed runt resolution. Only affects servers
build against CVS versions of RPC2. This problem was in the rp2gen
generated stub code so it will require a rebuild of client and server.

	- Avoid crashing when trying to send a multicast rpc to an empty mgrp.
This can happen during resolution when hosts become unreachable, or
drop packets due to something like the above bug. This is an old bug
that could only hit in cases where a sequence of operations is
performed on the same mgrp, typically resolution. Bug is in the
library, so clients/servers can be fixed by just dropping in the new
	library.

	- Silly change, dmalloc doesn't like malloc(0), there aren't many
places where we call this anyways, except for where we send a multirpc
without arguments. Quick fix was to just add 1 to the requested size.

	- Horrible bug, that has been in the multirpc string packing function
	since the beginning of time.

	int **p; *(char *)((*p)+strlen(string)) = '\0';"

It took me a while to actually find this because the result was very
unpredictable memory bytes being zapped to zero when a client was f.i.
reintegrating. This is in the dynamic library and so existing clients
and server can be fixed by simply dropping in a new shared library.

	- Potential bug, we weren't padding after packing an RPC2_Secretkey.
Not really a problem because the keylength happens a multiple of the
padding size, but if anyone ever decides to change the keysize to
	something odd.

	- Yield to the server thread whenever we receive an incoming SFTP
packet. The RPC2_socketlistener tries to avoid yielding, but the SFTP
server can only handle one packet at a time. During a client to server

	IPv6 support...

Ok, let's make the log message a bit more verbose.

This is Rod Van Meter's IPv6 patch, but hacked enough (I tripled the size)
that it is drop-in compatible for existing applications.

	- When an application is IPv6 'clean' it should call RPC2_Init with the
RPC2_OPTION_IPV6 flag set in the RPC2_Options parameter.
	- As long as an application is not IPv6 ready or capable we will only bind to
an IPv4 listening socket and only return the old HostIdent IPv4 addresses to
userspace. Existing applications don't (or shouldn't) know the difference.
	- This patch doesn't handle the lack of packet fragmentation in IPv6.
	- Finally, I've removed the separate sftp listener socket, listener thread and
timeout handlers. Essentially we are always running masqueraded but should
have no problem interoperating with anything that is capable of dealing with
SFTP packets on the RPC2 port (running RPC2 v1.9 and up).

I've been running this on my laptop with hacked up Coda apps for several
months, and for a couple of days with the standard Coda-6.0.1 applications
that were compiled against rpc2-1.17 without noticing any strange behaviour.

	Ofcourse I don't have an IPv6 network :)
