khorben's Gtk+ "bindings" for C++

Currently requires Gnome development libraries installed.

"Known" software using Gtkpp:
* Cast (parallel computing platform), under development (for my summer job)
* galium (file and web browser), under development (by me)
* definst (Defora GNU/Linux installer), just starting again (by me)

Remark:
if you're using the canvas, it is currently anti-aliased by default (see canvas.h to change this). it is often slower than usual rendering, but it's worth.

known bugs:
* About box delete/destroy stuff
* notebook
* some inconsistencies maybe...

TODO list:
* list where to use which callback
* GnomeApp
* more and more widgets: radio...
* decide between optional need of Gnome or not
* think about upgrade to Gtk 2
* install some doc in $PREFIX/doc
* check gtk_misc_set_alignment to align labels (cf Gtk+ FAQ)
