v 0.0.2 - 20040731 changes:
Added slideback() method and shorthand function.
99% of the world will be happy to just:
	import proctitle
	Argv = proctitle.ProcTitle()
	Argv.slideback()
OR
	import proctitle
	proctitle.slideback()

Which will simply get rid of the 'python' argc[0]

save() method only saves on the first call. Additional calls
do nothing.

Added Py_INCREF() to object returns in _proctitle.c.
The return of Py_None was causing a dealloc error in newer pythons.
Not sure if I'm using it properly!

-------------------------------------------------------
Proctitle is a Python2.X module to manipulate the raw 'argv[]'
contents of a python process.

It is currently licenced as GPL2, but note:
Any changes submitted back to the author will become 'property'
of the Dave Cinege, giving me the ability to properly re-licence
for the direct inclusion into Python.

To install:
	python setup.py install
or
	make install

FIXME dc: No idea under Windows. Please test and donate code.
Give results for windows testing. Does Cygnus have a 'ps'
command? If it does and you've got it, please test.

'pt-test.py' is a test script providing good examples how the
modules is utilized.

This is a test release. PLEASE provide me feedback with your
results. For non-Linux platforms please run the test
script an email the *unaltered* results.

If your platform provides the setproctitle (and getproctitle?)
system calls please send me a man page, with details of
your install.
