Wish list combine both avi2divx and mpeg2divx to come up with any2divx.
This would require better file type detection, I think but would allow
main.cpp to do this and leave the two files as object files for main.
Could come up with a class for avi2divx and mpeg2divx but this needs a
real C++ guru.

Add more output codecs other than divx even thought that's the programs
name. I ******REALLY****** need someone to play with the fractal
codec fiasco! and integrate it into this. But...some kind soul
would need to regenerate it from the authors paper as he's been
forced to pull it from being GPL...argh. This damned thing could
put a DVD on a floppy (well very damn close if video only). I've
compressed 1.2meg ppm files to 4k! In multiframe mode some of the
frame diffences are under 200 bytes.

Get rid of avifile for mjpeg's if that would improve speed. Use the
open or free divx codecs directly when they are stable. I believe
that when this occurs the conversion framerate should skyrocket. As
it stands I get mjpeg2divx at around 50fps.

Improve speed on mpeg2 conversion, I may see about using a different
library than mpeg3. As of right now it's about half as fast as
converting mjpeg's (15fps or less).

Figure out if the bitrate, crispness, etal actually work. I can see no
difference.

Fixed: If you convert an mpeg to divx then try to use avi2divx on it you
get a segfault. While not wildly needed, someone may need the ability to
flip an mpeg or something.

Oddly enough

avi->divx->dixv works

mpeg->divx->divx fails

Opps, this mpeg didn't have an audio track, that's what caused the
crash. This still isn't fixed even though avifile catches exceptions for
invalid file openings. A C++ guru needs to catch invalid formats.

Fixed: Coredumps on missing or invalid files.

Fixed: If file is non-existant for both avis and mpegs

Fixed: If an mpeg file is invalid on opening within the limitations of
libmpeg.

Fixed: Ha, after bleading EXCEPTIONS from avifile and main.cpp from it's
benchmark I was able to catch an exception and gracefully exit. I don't
know if it's perfect but it works without a coredump.

Fixed:	segfaults on AVIs that have no audio track, cannot convert them
anyway so I abort the procedure.

Refixed: Figured out how not to start an audio write stream so now
soundless AVIs can be converted.
