msmtp should work on every UN*X like system that has the OpenSSL library
(with header files!) installed.

Building/Installing:

1. (GNU/Linux users can skip this step!)
Edit the Makefile and activate the settings for your system.
If there are no predefined settings for your system, you have to find
them out yourself (a help text is included in the Makefile).
If you succeed, please mail your system type and the settings to
marlam@users.sourceforge.net for inclusion in future versions of msmtp!

2. Type 'make'.

3. Copy the executable 'msmtp' to a location you like, for example
   /usr/local/bin.

4. Copy the man page msmtp.1 to a location where the man command can
find it, for example /usr/local/man/man1. On some systems, you have
   to gzip the file first.
