Building a negociation with NARVAL

Abstract
This HOW-TO explains how to use
NARVAL'snegociation
package to set up negociating recipes.
Install the negociation package with the npm program
npm (in the "tools" directory of NARVAL):
npm.py install negociation.tgz
Else you can prefer using HORN to do it, by
clicking the 'Install package' item from the 'File' menu of the main window.
The negociation package contains transforms and recipes
that are useful to build multi-agents negociation applications.
A sample of application can be found in the PIA package.
